Invitation to Pray for Peace
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
I invite all in the Diocese of Penang to join our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, in a Prayer Vigil for Peace at Saint Peter’s Basilica, Rome, on Saturday, 11 April at 6.00 pm (Rome time). / 12.00 Midnight, Sunday, 12 April (Malaysia time).
Though he gathers in Rome, we unite with him from wherever we are, praying for a world wounded by war and division.
Let us come together as one Church, entrusting all who suffer to the Lord and imploring the gift of true peace.
