On this Feast of the Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary, Msgr. Jude Miranda, Rev. Fr. Robert Daniel, Rev. Fr. Michael Dass of the Diocese of Penang, celebrated their Blessed 25th Sacerdotal Anniversary at their respective parish church.
Cardinal Sebastian Francis, Bishop of Penang celebrated the Confirmation Mass and Silver Jubilee of Fr. Michael Dass at Church of St. Anthony, Batu Gajah, Perak. Concelebrants included Fr. Michael Dass, Fr. Konstend Gnanapragasam and Deacon Richard Wilson. To the confirments, Cardinal extolled the manifold gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Cardinal Sebastian wished all 3 priests, good health in body, soul, and spirit . Good health for the sake of the Mission.
Thirty (30) candidates comprising young and old were administered the Sacraments of Confirmation, including 4 Indonesians. Cardinal praised the Parish of St. Joseph for going to the ‘peripheries’ of the church to administer the sacraments.
Fr. Michael Dass also thanked Cardinal Sebastian for being his Bishop, family members for coming from Spore and KL, parishioners, and all church volunteers and choir.
With grateful hearts we celebrate 25 years of faithfulness in the priestly ministry and we continue to keep Msgr. Jude Miranda, Fr Robert Daniel, Fr Michael Dass and all Clergy and Religious in our prayers.
